My husband and I had an amazing experience with Farhall. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable and communicated what was transpiring along the way. They had a difficult task at our home in particular, as the furnace system was up in our attic. However, both Tatey and Mason worked together, and their teamwork got the job done! We completely replaced HVAC system with the units Suggested by Tony Obeid, He is very professional conducting his business. He is very pensioned in serving the customer always answer your questions immediately no matter when day and night, he is doing the same even after they finished the job and paid. Bravo for Tony! The installer is farther and son Dennis and Ryan they worked vey hard completed a very awesome piece or works, they keep the place very clean we don't need to worry cleaning up after they done. Both of them showed us how to navigate/use the new equipment. Very happy to be Fahrhall customer.

I wish I could rate higher.Every step of the process was was smooth, professional, and quick, and they made me feel like I was actually a priority to them. Only a little more than an hour after I put my service call in, I had Glen at my door and I don't think there's a better service tech in the business. Huge shoutout to Tony who on the scene immediately after Glen to schedule his guys to replace my unit and get me all the details. It's obvious that Tony has passion for what he does, he returned all messages within minutes and even made follow up calls to make sure everything was ok.Dennis and Ryan show up first thing the next day and install my new unit.In less than 24 hours I went from no heat to having a brand new furnace. This team is the best out there, no doubt. Both Tony and Dennis even did a follow up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect, and it was.I can't give enough praise. 100% recommend and I will use these guys again.

Tony and Denis were great to work with, all details were upfront before work started with no surprises.The installation of a new AC and steam humidifier was quick, the guys removed all the old equipment, as well as gave details on how to operate the new equipment. (walk thru on how the steam humidifier works).Can tell these guys take pride in the job.

Tony called me very quickly after I put in my request to be contacted on the website. He explained the options to me with pros/cons. When he came out to see my outdated system, he again went through the options and how the furnace would be vented (our old one vented to the roof). On the day of installation, Denis and Ryan showed up. They were super respectful to my girlfriend who was home and their work looked amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and aside from the new furnace and thermostat, you would have never known they were there. After installation we had a few questions regarding maintenance and again Tony was quick to respond and answer our questions. Great crew. Would highly recommend.

When I emailed to get a quote I never expected to hear back the same day as it was a Sunday. But to my surprise within about 20 minutes the sales rep. called me. Then within another 20 minutes the guy was at my house to meet with me. The whole process was amazing, from the first second i got on the phone to the moment my a/c and furnace was installed. Both the sales person and the installers were great, Very polite, clean, knowledgeable, every single part of this process was great. Every single person that I hear needs anything done when it comes to heating and cooling I will always recommend Fahrhall. Every single company i spoke with said they wouldn't be able to do the work for a while as all companies are backed up due to the pandemic. Not Fahrhall, they told me it would be 4-6 weeks, and to my surprise within two weeks they were there to install my new furnace and a/c. Every time i turned around they were surprising me over and over again. Fantastic people and fantastic company. Fahrhall has now got a customer for life and I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable company. I cannot say enough regarding either this company or the services provided. From the outset, Tony was both professional and genuinely interested in listening regarding the services I was interested in and providing me with the best options. There was no sales pressure; only genuine interest that comes from.believing in what you do.The installation team was stellar. They went above and beyond in accommodating some unique installation challenges, in clean up and in answering any questions I had. All on a day of 100 degree plus temperature.A service rep also provided excellent workmanship regarding a slight glitch in a "no rush" and courteous fashion.The office staff are always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.In this time of "fast is better", "do the job and be done with it" mentality, it is so refreshing to interact with a company and its' representatives that are highly efficient, professional and personable.I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently had a tankless water tank, furnace and central air installed this summer. The team, from the very beginning, were SO helpful! Our sales agent (Tony) was sincere, polite, professional and left no stone unturned in providing information to help us with our choices.The install crew followed suit, these 2 young men came in and quickly took care of business. They were so efficient and knowledgeable, helping us understand the new smart thermostat, which is VERY easy to operate.We were impressed with the overall experience and have recommended these products to family members. Great workmanship. Seems like good products. Had AC and Furnace replaced with Daikin products in Rental Unit in July 2020. In May had Ac and Furnace replaced with Daikin products in main unit. Over 1 year I am currently very pleased with the performance. Just compared my gas and hydro bills this month and I was astonished at the consumption savings with the new units. I was skeptical at first at letting the motors on the furnaces run on constant but there is no arguing the fact that my bills are greatly reduced in peak season from last year. Thanks Tony for your excellent advice and shout out to Taidy and installers for the excellent workmanship.

Had a good experience getting our furnace, AC, and tankless water installed by Fahrhall. Sales advisor Tony Reid was easy to deal with and still answers any questions I have even after the installation was completed. Tony, the salesperson was very honest and straightforward. He also let us know he was double vaccinated when he came to the door which was very impressive. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this company. Glenn the service repairman tried to fix our original problem and when that couldn't happen he guided us on what would be the best outcome for us which was to purchase a new hot water tank and furnace. Tony the sales representative was out immediately and had us all set up in no time. The following day Adam and his partner Jeff came out to do the installation. Our Lennox A/C unit stopped working on Monday. I called Fahrhall on Tuesday AM to book a service call. Their repair guy was here in hours, checked vitals and pronounced the compressor dead after 38 years of faithful service. Sales guy Tony arrived Tuesday PM providing a quote on the spot, and a promise to do all possible to get install done this week as hot weather forecast for coming weekend. Here it is Wednesday night and install was completed late this afternoon. Very pleased with the install crew and this new Lennox Elite EL16XC. Highly recommend Fahrhall, Tony and install crew for professional and courteous install and great product. Like it a lot and hope it lasts 38 years like our last Lennox AC.
