Very pleased with the entire experience of dealing with Fahrhall. We finally decided to "bite the bullet" and replace our 20+ year-old air conditioner. After contacting Fahrhall, the consultant,... Tony, came out the next day to see what type of unit would best meet our needs. We had an appointment for installation the very next day (today). The technician, Matt, and a Grade 12 co-op student, Billy, were efficient, hardworking and professional, and left the job site clean and tidy. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and not only gave us valuable tips on the maintenance of our unit, but pointed out some potential concerns with our water heater. I recently had Fahrhall install a new a/c to replace my old unit that unexpectedly quit working. They are very well coordinated between service, sales & scheduling, and everyone I dealt with was... pleasant, professional and informative. Joe explained the repair that would be required, and the alternative of a new unit, answering all my questions, without any pressure either way. Due to the high temperatures being forecasted, I was concerned about how soon the work could be done; however, Tony Obeid was able to come the same morning with the contract for the new that I chose, and shortly after he left I received a call giving me an install date 2 days later. We wanted a tankless water heater, and right from the start, Tony was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He went over everything, and gave us all the information and quote within... minutes. He came to the job several times throughout the day to make sure the installers had what they needed. The installers, Dennis and Ryan were great. There were some hurdles they had to work through, but they figured it out and powered through. They stayed as long as it took to get it up and running. This review is for today when Kyle Lajoy, Fahrhall's Tech came out... to check the air condition for whenever the warm weather finally gets here. Kyle was so helpful, courteous, friendly, polite, informative and did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I would HIGHLY and have HIGHLY recommended Fahrhall to anyone.Joe R. came into our home on 11.13.19 to service our heater and our gas fireplace and he was exceptional. Joe was friendly, informative, polite and did a thorough job and did not leave any mess. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and Fahrhall is an excellent company to do business with and we have recommended them to numerous people because we believe they are the best around! I have no idea why that post did not actually post but i would like to add to it. Yesterday, May 13, 2020, Paul came to our home to service our central air. We had the most amazing experience ever with this company!We are seniors and our basement flooded and ruined our furnace during the recent ice storm and melt. My husband has dementia and was just so... upset with no heat.I called Fahrhall and they quickly sent out a rep from Leamington. His name was Tony Coppola.I have never had such an informative, caring customer service rep from any company.He explained things very clearly, answered my questions patiently and talked on the phone to my son as I requested.He continually kept in touch via email or texts. I recently had a tankless water unit installed and I was very impressed by Dennis, the technician doing the installation. He and his assistant finished the job the same day(not easy considering there... was quite a bit of work to be done in the attic as well as the crawl space) and I have been enjoying my water heater ever since. He also noticed that my furnace had some issues and suggested that I have it inspected. Thanks to his suggestion, I had the furnace inspected by another technician from Fahrhall, Glen, and it is now running properly thanks to him! Service call for water leak from furnace. Turned out to be an installation issue where tape was omitted from a connection. Glen came out and rectified the problem. At the same time he assisted me... with some issues I was having with parameters on the thermostat. Glen was very professional in teaching a number of items about capabilities of the thermostat. It is way more functional than I imagined and he took the time to show me and make sure I understood. Initially we were told that it was recommended to keep the fan on at all times for circulation. What I did not know was that you could adjust the level of the blower on the fan. It is much more comfortable now that there is not so much cold air blowing through vents in between heating. On installation I was handed a book but sometimes it is easier to be shown than reading all the jargon of a manual.
