I'd like to thank Jenna for treating me like family over the past year. She helped in troubleshooting our Lennox furnace when the thermostat needed to be replaced. Paul did an amazing job... installing it and taking the time to explain all of the smart functions available to us. It's an amazing product. I then reached out to Jenna again to inquire about installing a Daikin mini-split in my backyard bunkie. The process was seamless and Eric was an absolute pro with the installation. He is meticulous and he explained everything to me for future reference. I liked the unit so much that I reached out again to Jenna to help with solving the warm temp. issue in the loft section of the bunkie. She arranged for me to have a separate unit installed and Eric once again did not disappoint! Jenna is the best. We are so happy with our decision to choose Fahrhall for our HVAC needs! By the way, our a/c needed troubleshooting this past spring and Paul came to diagnose the issue and promptly had the unit running like new. 2025 Update: Kyle came out for our semi-annual inspection to make sure our Air Conditioners were running properly. Kyle was so courteous, helpful, dedicated and polite. Kyle assured me everything was... good to go and I have to say it was a pleasure to have him here at our home.LATEST UPDATE: So, here it is Saturday, August 24, 2024 and I have a split air conditioner in an independent building and all of a sudden I hear water dripping INSIDE and down my painted wall and onto some very important documents. Naturally, I call Fahrhall at once. Rabina was very understanding and compassionate and had empathy about my not so good 73 year lungs and she said she would contact Aaron and have him come out. Aaron was here in a reasonable amount of time. Aaron is super polite, understanding and knowledgeable about the issues of split air conditioners and again he showed compassion about my not so good lungs. Cole was punctual, even gave us a head's up he was on his way, had no problems with the dog we are fostering, was extremely polite, informative and Friendly. I am very impressed with this young man. Unfortunately, the main AC is not producing as well as it should as it is 26 years old. Cole informed us, as well as Tony O'Bled, Total Comfort Specialist, and Tony came out within a few hours and went over our options with us. Tony sold us our original AC. He is also extremely polite, informative and down-to-earth. I have been immensely impressed with the staff members of Fahrhall since day 1.Today is 04.03.23 and I am somewhat annoyed that you cannot write a fresh review for a service after the last review in 2020 & 2019!
