Just had Arron here for our yearly check on our AC. Extremely pleased. He is very personable, knowledgeable and very [people friendly. Answered all our questions and was very informative when he diagnosed a potential problem. Explained the process and we really appreciated his support. LATEST UPDATE: So, here it is Saturday, August 24, 2024 and I have a split air conditioner in an independent building and all of a sudden I hear water dripping INSIDE and down my painted wall and onto some very important documents. Naturally, I call Fahrhall at once. Rabina was very understanding and compassionate and had empathy about my not so good 73 year lungs and she said she would contact Aaron and have him come out. Aaron was here in a reasonable amount of time. Aaron is super polite, understanding and knowledgeable about the issues of split air conditioners and again he showed compassion about my not so good lungs. He did an excellent job and was both thorough and efficient! I was not only impressed but extremely pleased with the awesome job he did!! Thank you Aaron and Rabina!! 100 Stars would be more appropriate!!!UPDATE: Yesterday, April 18, 2024, Cole came out to do the scheduled checkup on two air conditioners we have. Cole was punctual, even gave us a head's up he was on his way, had no problems with the dog we are fostering, was extremely polite, informative and Friendly. I am very impressed with this young man. Unfortunately, the main AC is not producing as well as it should as it is 26 years old. Cole informed us, as well as Tony O'Bled, Total Comfort Specialist, and Tony came out within a few hours and went over our options with us. Tony sold us our original AC. He is also extremely polite, informative and down-to-earth. I have been immensely impressed with the staff members of Fahrhall since day 1.Today is 04.03.23 and I am somewhat annoyed that you cannot write a fresh review for a service after the last review in 2020 & 2019! This review is for today when Kyle Lajoy, Fahrhall's Tech came out to check the air condition for whenever the warm weather finally gets here. Kyle was so helpful, courteous, friendly, polite, informative and did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I would HIGHLY and have HIGHLY recommended Fahrhall to anyone.Joe R. came into our home on 11.13.19 to service our heater and our gas fireplace and he was exceptional. Joe was friendly, informative, polite and did a thorough job and did not leave any mess. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and Fahrhall is an excellent company to do business with and we have recommended them to numerous people because we believe they are the best around! I have no idea why that post did not actually post but i would like to add to it. Yesterday, May 13, 2020, Paul came to our home to service our central air. Paul was so courteous, helpful, friendly and explained the problem in words we could explain. He took his time to go over the problem and the solution and thanked us for being a long time Fahrhall customer. I was extremely pleased with how this situation was handled and very impressed with Paul. I believe, and have told others, Fahrhall is the best!!!

The technician did a thorough job of servicing our furnace,A/C, tankless hot water, and gas fireplace. The thermastat was replaced under warranty, now the A/C runs colder and the house is less humid, so the old one must not have been working properly. He was a pleasant young man and did a great job on everything.

We recently had a new AC unit installed by Farhall and were very impressed by both the installation (one guy, Eric, who did an amazing job - all by himself!!) and the resulting operation. As a result, we've been able to increase our thermostat by 3° F. which should result in a lower hydro bill.Thanks Farhall.

1 month ago we had our A/C system replaced. The technician Kyle who came to do our maintenance check noticed leaks and gave us a few options. From there we met with Tony whom was professional and thoughtful of our needs and concerns answered all of our questions and got us a fantastic price. Krista in the office then conveniently and quickly set us up for an installation date a few days later. Ryan and Ryan promptly arrived right on time and did an incredible job. They were very professional and courteous had the old units removed and cleaned up without any disruption to the household. We have the preventative maintenance program as well and all of the technicians that have come to our home have also been very professional, courteous and efficient. We would very highly recommend Fahrhall.

We have been customers for several years and it was time to change our furnace and aircondioner. On Wedneday we met with Tony. your salesman and on Friday we had our new Lennox units installed. The weather was anything but good in the morning, but this did not bother your crew. We could not be more impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of your staff. No mess, no noise beyond that which was necessary. To cap it all they completed everything in the one day and removed all the old junk.My wife is ecstatic at the way the piping and ducts have been re-arranged in our basement and we have now a humidifyer on the furnace.A first rate job - thank you so much.

I highly recommend Fahrhall! We had such a great experience from start to finish. Our furnace died Friday night. We had a different company come out to check it out, and it was going to be an expensive repair for an old furnace so we decided to just get a new one. I filled out a form to be contacted for a quote Sunday morning. Tony O’Beid called me that afternoon and came over to give us quote. We decided to go ahead with it, so we got a call first thing Monday morning to arrange installation for Tuesday. Matt came out to do the installation, and he was prompt, professional and did a great job! Highly, highly recommend this company!

My furnace recently died, so I called Farhhall. They immediately sent out a technician to take a look at it. After further inspection it was determined that I needed a new furnace so their sales representative, Tony O'Beid, came out to my house about 20 minutes later to go over everything with me. He did a great job and got me set up with everything I needed. He reached out to his contacts at the office who immediately contacted me to set up an appointment for installation. Matt and Billy came over on the scheduled day and had everything installed and ready to go within hours. Great experience and I would definitely go through Farhhall again.

They are very friendly, personable and honest. They come when needed and remind me when service is due. One time they even called to say they had a special on and that they should have charged me less and that THEY owed ME money and refunded me the difference.
