2025 Update: Kyle came out for our semi-annual inspection to make sure our Air Conditioners were running properly. Kyle was so courteous, helpful, dedicated and polite. Kyle assured me everything was... good to go and I have to say it was a pleasure to have him here at our home.LATEST UPDATE: So, here it is Saturday, August 24, 2024 and I have a split air conditioner in an independent building and all of a sudden I hear water dripping INSIDE and down my painted wall and onto some very important documents. Naturally, I call Fahrhall at once. Rabina was very understanding and compassionate and had empathy about my not so good 73 year lungs and she said she would contact Aaron and have him come out. Aaron was here in a reasonable amount of time. Aaron is super polite, understanding and knowledgeable about the issues of split air conditioners and again he showed compassion about my not so good lungs. He did an excellent job and was both thorough and efficient! I was not only impressed but extremely pleased with the awesome job he did!! Thank you Aaron and Rabina!! 100 Stars would be more appropriate!!!UPDATE: Yesterday, April 18, 2024, Cole came out to do the scheduled checkup on two air conditioners we have. Cole was punctual, even gave us a head's up he was on his way, had no problems with the dog we are fostering, was extremely polite, informative and Friendly. I am very impressed with this young man. Unfortunately, the main AC is not producing as well as it should as it is 26 years old. Cole informed us, as well as Tony O'Bled, Total Comfort Specialist, and Tony came out within a few hours and went over our options with us. Tony sold us our original AC. He is also extremely polite, informative and down-to-earth. I have been immensely impressed with the staff members of Fahrhall since day 1.Today is 04.03.23 and I am somewhat annoyed that you cannot write a fresh review for a service after the last review in 2020 & 2019! This review is for today when Kyle Lajoy, Fahrhall's Tech came out to check the air condition for whenever the warm weather finally gets here. Kyle was so helpful, courteous, friendly, polite, informative and did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I would HIGHLY and have HIGHLY recommended Fahrhall to anyone.Joe R. came into our home on 11.13.19 to service our heater and our gas fireplace and he was exceptional. Joe was friendly, informative, polite and did a thorough job and did not leave any mess. Our furnace stopped working Christmas Day. Got tagged out Boxing Day. After getting unsatisfactory service from another company, we called Fahrhall Saturday morning and were told we would hear from... someone Monday morning. Tony Coppola came to our rescue before noon on Saturday. Even brought heaters in case we needed them. Being an outdoor combo unit it was not easily replaceable as regulations are changing but Tony found us one. Had deal ready to go by noon Monday. Excellent company for all your home heating colling needs . Last year Tony sold us a newer version extreme cold climate . Air Sourse heat pump by Daikin. So far extremely happy.Last year the coldest... Month Is cost around 50 dollars extras to heat a 1200sq foot 3 bedroom house.using electricity. .Spring 2024 we decided to get away from a monthly reliance rental and have Farhall installed and new tankles gas on demand heater IBC so far amazing supper quiet and saving on gas usage compared to the old unit.Project number 3 that Farhall has done out at mh place within 2 years.. Decided to install a heat pump in shop instead of having to run gas ⛽️ and hydro to cool and heat. With one unit thast does both like the house. My only regret with the job in the shop is whish would have gone with same model as the house . 🏠. Oh well live and learn 😌. For future reference anyone reading this review go with the extreme cold climate heat pump. The one i decided to go with is only good down to -15c. At-7 its was just keeping up but I will say never stopped working just the btu output diminished as the temp drops outside. and using lots of hydro compared to house unit . Whice sales reps would have puched me to go with the samd uniy as the house so kinda inproper advised. I should have whent thf other wsy or run gas as back up..Besides that extremely happy with dealing With Jenna.
