We had a different company come out to check it out, and it was going to be an... expensive repair for an old furnace so we decided to just get a new one. We decided to go ahead with it, so we got a call first thing Monday morning to arrange installation for Tuesday. We wanted a tankless water heater, and right from the start, Tony was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I recently had a tankless water unit installed and I was very impressed by Dennis, the technician doing the installation. He and his assistant finished the job the same day(not easy considering there... was quite a bit of work to be done in the attic as well as the crawl space) and I have been enjoying my water heater ever since. He also noticed that my furnace had some issues and suggested that I have it inspected.
