This is why we want to recognize and highlight one of our expert installers, Denis.

During the 1986-87 recession, Denis was searching for a new career outside of his previous line of work, manufacturing. He decided to head back to school at St. Clair College, taking a government funded yearlong refrigeration course. Soon after completing this program, he began to hunt for work. After bouncing around for about a year, his friend suggested he check out the company he was working at, Fahrhall. Over 30 years later, Denis is one of our most dedicated and respected employees.

This won’t come as a surprise to the many customers Denis has helped over the years, but it’s a priority that all of his jobs are done to the highest standard. “We are a very reputable company, we have high standards for what we do,” explained Denis, continuing, “It’s important to me that I do it right and that the customer is happy with it.”

Denis’s continued commitment to upholding the standards of excellence instilled into Fahrhall is one of the many reasons he has been a valued member of our team for over 30 years. We believe in our employees, and that belief stems from making sure we only hire HVAC technicians and installers that are fully licensed and trustworthy.

“These quality items aren’t cheap, so if you don’t do it right, the customer has every right to be unhappy,” concluding, “They want someone who they can trust and will do the job right!”
